A Message from the President:
What I feel separates us from other laser shops is that we are a service organization that use lasers rather than just a laser shop. It is a significantly different mind set, but by recognizing that we are a service organization it changes the focus away from technology, to people, where we feel it should be. In a technology company the equipment can get to be the most important thing rather than the people that we are trying to serve. We are in business to service the laser needs of our customers.
In the twenty plus years that I've been in the fabrication/sheet metal/laser industry, it seems to me that quality is usually the last thing to be addressed. Rather than build quality into the process it seems that often it is the last thing to be considered. At Laser One we try to build quality into the process by checking the drawing and double checking the part by performing a full first article inspection.
These two go hand-in-hand in the market today. In a service oriented laser shop, quality is of little value without service. Here at Laser One it is our mission to get your parts to you on time and have them be right every time.
