With 5 axis laser cutting capabilities, Laser 1 Technology has the ability to accurately cut 3-dimensional profiles.  The 5 axis process is very cost effective for parts where shapes and sizes make tooling costs prohibitive.  Our cutting services can handle large parts with a number of different materials. 

The 5 axis process works with a laser head that can move around a work piece in combination with the work piece it self being rotated as needed.  The laser nozzle tilt allows access to a variety of surfaces.
